International Delivery (for orders going outside of Canada, USA or the European Union): Delivery times vary depending on your destination, generally taking 2–5 weeks from the moment the order leaves our USA warehouse.

Our Brazilian Reserve models are shipped from Brazil at the beginning of each month and typically arrive at our local warehouse (either in Canada, Germany, or USA, depending on the final destination) around the 20th of that month. Once they arrive, we process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Example:

If you place an order on March 15, your pair will be included in the next shipment, which leaves Brazil around April 1st.
It will reach our local warehouse around April 20th, at which point we will process your order and send you a tracking number for the final delivery leg, which typically takes 3-6 business days.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

✅ Machine Washing (Delicate Cycle Only):

Place your Taygra shoes in a laundry bag to protect them.

3. Cleaning Insoles and Laces
